Q: Do you work at the weekend?

Yes, our service is provided all through the year.

 

Q: Do you work through the night?

Sometimes we provide care throughout the night. This can be arranged on individual basis.

 

Q: Are your services flexible?

The Coquet Trust strives to provide the best possible care for your own individual needs so the services we provide will be catered to your needs and requirements which will be identified in our assessment prior to commencement of our services.

 

Q: How much does it cost?

The cost of our service depends on the type of services you will require and therefore they are calculated on individual basis. If you would like more information please email us outlining any details that might assist us in calculating an estimate cost.

 

Q: When could you start the care?

Our services can commence as soon as the initial assessment of the Service User is completed. This could range from the next day to the week after. Of course we will do our best to start the services as soon as practically possible.

 

Q: Would we have the same person to provide the care?

We aim to provide you with the same team of carers to visit your home.

 

Q: Are all staff fully trained?

Each member of our team has to complete an intensive training induction before they are allowed to work with any of our Service Users. During their course of employment they undergo further training courses that are specifically aimed to develop their skills further in order to provide the best quality care.

 

Q: What notice do I need to give to cancel or change the care arrangements?

You need to let us know of any changes at least 2 days before those changes are to take place unless the Client is taken into hospital due to an emergency.
